Shipping Policy
Apart from the Netherlands we currently ship to: Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery times are approximately:

The Netherlands: 5 business days (when in stock)

Other countries: up to 15 business days

We work with trusted international carriers, selected based on your location and order details. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or a delay occurs, you will be notified by email.
Pre-orders
For pre-order items, delivery depends on when new stock becomes available. Estimated shipping times are clearly stated at the time of purchase, and customers will be notified if any changes occur.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you’ll love your WOLKERS piece.
However, if you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

You’ll receive detailed return instructions and available return options.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and resellable.

All original materials and packaging must be included (dust bag, box, tags, etc.).
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
Approved returns will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
Additional Notes
We currently do not accept exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different color or model, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
